Premier Quality was established as a direct response to the African Growth and Opportunities Act (of the United States of America) under the auspices of the Presidential Special Initiatives of the Republic of Ghana.
The company is a 100% privately owned garment manufacturing company incorporated in 2003. It is located in the garment village of the Export Free Zone in Ghana's major industrial port city Tema.
Under AGOA, the company is allowed duty free and quota free access to the United States Of America market.
With over 200 industrial machines and specialized equipment, Premier Quality Ltd. offers a wide range of designs in light to medium garments make-up. Professional management and a skilled dedicated workforce ensure quality products delivered on time each time.

Mr Boteaju ,a Sri Lankan, is professionally qualified in the textile and garment manufacturing industry. He has over 15 years of experience in the garment manufacturing industry in Sri Lanka. He has executed orders for high end customers in the USA such as GAP, A&F, NIKE, JC PENNY, WAL MART, VICTORIA's SECRETS, MAY DEPARMENT, TARGET STORES. He has also executed from Europe orders for MARKS & SPENCER, ETERNITY, BHS. Mr Chaminda Boteaju is in charge of production and ensures factory compliance and quality assurance.
